"Still good after a few months"
I’ve been using it for a few months now, and it’s still holding up well. It feels sturdy and works just like it should. I’m happy with it.

"Comfy enough for my living room workouts"
I’ve been using this for home workouts and it’s been comfortable on my back. I actually remember unrolling it the first time and noticing one tiny crumb stuck to my sock for some reason, but aside from that weird little moment, it’s been nice to use and feels good when I’m doing floor exercises.

"The resistance changes are way too..."
The resistance changes are way too jumpy and frustrating. I kept trying to find a middle setting that felt right, but it was either too easy or too hard. After a while I just got tired of messing with it, and the workouts ended up feeling more annoying than useful

"Somehow my workout gear isn’t taking over my life"
I got the bootysprout mainly because I don’t exactly have a spare room waiting around to become a home gym. Shocking, I know. But this thing folds up way smaller than I expected, and when I’m done, I just slide it next to my dresser like it’s not secretly there to make me suffer. It’s also really easy to pull back out, which is nice because I have fewer excuses. it’s great having workout equipment that doesn’t just live in the middle of my floor all week like an unpaid roommate

"Just Bad Timing With the Delivery"
The box ended up arriving later than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but I think it was mostly just bad timing. Once it got here, everything was fine and in good shape.

"Really quick and smooth help"
I had a question about my order, so I reached out to support and didn’t expect to hear back that quickly. They replied the same day and were super easy to talk to. No annoying back and forth, they just answered my question and got it sorted. Overall it was a really smooth experience and made me feel a lot better about ordering from them.

"Took me a bit to figure out"
I had a harder time with this than I expected. I usually focus on the parts of the instructions that seem most important and skim the rest, but even then it felt a little confusing and frustrating to get through. It worked out eventually, but it wasn’t as easy to use as I hoped.

"Good for glutes, just don’t expect miracles"
I’ve been using the BootySprout for a couple months now, and yeah, it definitely makes glute workouts at home less annoying. Hip thrusts are way easier to set up than trying to balance on a couch or drag a bench around, which I appreciate because I have very little patience for workout setup nonsense.
That said, it’s not some instant booty miracle or anything. You still have to be consistent, which is obviously the part I wish I could skip. The bands are fine, but I do wish there were more options. Overall it’s a good product and I do feel it working, just not a total game changer for me.

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I really thought this was going to feel like a smart purchase, but the second I started using it I was like, wait… did I just spend THAT much on this? It works fine, so it’s not like it’s a total disaster, but for the price I was expecting to be practically transformed into a fitness superhero or something.
Shipping and setup were totally fine, no complaints there. But value-wise, I just can’t get over it. There are definitely cheaper ways to do the same kinds of exercises, so for me it felt like my wallet got personally attacked.

"Assembly ruined my whole afternoon"
I thought I’d have this put together quickly and still have time for the rest of my plans, but nope. It took way longer than it should have because the instructions were confusing, and I ended up having to redo parts twice. What was supposed to be a simple setup turned into a frustrating mess and basically ruined my afternoon.
